Namibian National, with over 15 years of research and exploration experience in mining, oil and gas industries in Namibia and the SADC Region, and over 25 years advising and consulting leadership in public and private sector organizations in Namibia.
Chief Managing and Finance Steward
Namibian National, with over two decades of expertise across central banking, project management, and business consultancy, bringing more than 15 years of managerial leadership. Recognized for driving operational excellence, with specialized strengths in financial forecasting, risk management, strategic planning, and complex capital project delivery. He has a proven track record of optimizing organizational performance, executing strategic turnarounds and delivering high-value initiatives.
Chief Operations & International Business Relations Steward
An Angolan national and Namibian permanent resident with extensive corporate experience. Mr. Yofina has held senior commercial leadership roles and served as an Executive Board Member. He specializes in operations management, commercial strategy, and international business relations, with strong expertise in the oil & gas and commercial property sectors. He currently leads international partnerships and the structuring of project financing to support the project’s commercial growth and investment strategy.
Chief Engineer and Public Relations Steward
Namibian National, offering practical expertise to actualize corporate visions and missions. He is involved in project scouting and securing financing, provides technological services, and establishes engineering monitoring and control mechanisms across project stages.
Chief Information Communication Technology Steward
Angolan national and former executive in the aviation sector, with a background in economics, accounting and finance. His technical expertise addresses both immediate and long-term technology requirements, ensuring the organization remains aligned with evolving industry trends.
